We utilize MSP software with a comprehensive dashboard view of all systems to conduct reviews and ensure systems perform optimally. This plan includes essential services such as antivirus and antimalware protection and proactive monitoring as well as automated updates for workstations, servers, and third-party software.
- Hybrid Managed: This plan includes proactive support with monitoring and direct access to Level II support. Pricing is based on a per-server, per-month or per-user, per-month basis, with a reduced hourly project rate and additional fees only for new projects, software, and hardware installations. Additionally, dedicated monthly on-site support hours can be added to cater to specific needs.
