When it comes to support, your company or organization should have a service plan customized for your needs.  Custom Systems offers four levels of Managed Service support.


Responsive Support

With Responsive Support, we are available as you need us with an hourly support option. This is best for small companies with a limited IT budget, where our higher levels of response times are not needed and pay-as-you-go is desired.

Add on services available with Responsive Support plans include:

  • Antivirus and Antimalware
  • Workstation/Server automated updates
  • Third-party software updates

Retainer Support

With Retainer Support, an agreed upon prepayment retainer amount will guarantee an emergency response for your critical systems.  Retainer support can be provided remotely or onsite.  Support is charged against the retainer.

Add on services available with Retainer Support plans include:

  • Antivirus and Antimalware
  • Workstation/Server automated updates
  • Third-party software updates


Proactive Support with Monitoring

This plan is the first step to becoming a fully managed client.  It is based upon managing and monitoring workstation, server, and network devices with pricing based upon the quantity of each. When combined with Retainer Support for emergency response you have both proactive monitoring and guaranteed response for your critical systems.

Proactive Support with Monitoring includes:

  • Antivirus and Antimalware
  • Workstation/Server automated updates
  • Third-party software updates
  • Proactive monitoring and repairs of your servers, workstations, and network
  • Quarterly reviews

Fully Managed

This is the centerpiece of our support offerings. It includes everything in the Proactive Support with Monitoring, plus unlimited help desk support. Pricing is based on per-server/per-month and/or per-user/per-month basis  (not per workstation device).

This plan is not available to every client. It is only offered to clients that meet specific criteria as determined by Custom Systems.

Fully managed clients receive the highest priority support. Additional fees are only charged for new projects, new software, and new hardware installations in this all-inclusive service. A reduced hourly project rate is provided for fully managed clients.

Contracts are available with multi-year discounts. If desired, 24/7 support is available for an additional fee. Dedicated monthly, onsite support hours can be added.
